GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

There are many ways in which you can take care of your fine jewelry.

Avoid exposure to water and household chemicals. It's always better to take it off before you wash your hands, take a bath, swim, or use cleaning products.

Silver gets naturally tarnished. Makeup, perfume, lotions and hair products can accelerate this process.

Pro tip: Save the best for last. When you get ready, wear your jewelry as the final touch. Cherry on top! ;)

You can also avoid tarnish by wearing your Mía García jewelry often. The natural oils in your skin will keep it looking clean and shiny.

Try to keep your silver jewelry away from dust and humidity. Make sure you don't store multiple pieces together, so the individual pieces won't scratch each other. They will need maintenance every now and then, like getting cleaned with special products, or a new layer of gold. Just keep in mind fine jewelry is delicate, so be delicate too.

GOLD PLATED PIECES

Remember vermeil is just a thin layer of gold on silver, so it won't last forever. It will fade out gradually, depending on several factors like how often you wear a piece, your skin's PH levels, if you sweat too much, etc. However, with the proper care, you can extend the life of it.

Long live the bling!
